We love the all in one solution for incident reporting, compliance tracking and training. Hope there is more customization for branding. This tool puts everything you need for health care compliance in one place. It gives you the ease of mind in receiving an incident report, tracking compliance requirements and providing training to your employees. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Using compliance manager makes our organization more compliant with health care standard requirements. We can now easily keep track of incident reporting, training and compliance regulations.

"Outstanding Compliance and Audit Tool"

The ability to easily track and assign items. Further, the reminders and educational assignments are outstanding. Sometimes, it is not very user friendly or the actions are repetitive. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Healthicity allowed to better track our HIPAA walk-throughs and make note of deficiencies.

"Compliance Manager is Promising for housing p&ps, education and audits for our organization."

The insertion of policies and procedures was fairly simply, and the attestation function is helpful. We just used the education section to create course paths and distributed to new staff members and just last week did an all organization assignment to a compliance path. It was easy to assign staff to courses. We are having difficulty running a report to show results for all staff that completed a course path. The path contained 5 learning modules, and we have not been able to figure out how to get one report that encompasses the whole path. We ended up creating an Excel spreadsheet then put different information into you so we would have one document to show individual status of each module for each person. Nice program to house policies and procedures, audits and education What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have all our policies and procedures in one location and can set access to each. We also have one platform for education instead of the three we had to use previously. We completed one audit in the system and are planning to utilize heavily for 2020.

Healthicity is very easy to navigate especially for staff. I have not had any issues so far with Healthicity. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made training staff much easier. I no longer have to track things manually which allows me to utilize my time with other projects.

I appreciate the internal reporting system, it makes it easy to pull data and report to supervisors on the status of our activities. There are some problems occasionally with the levels of filtering with documents but we're attempting to find work arounds. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great to have some many different areas of compliance management in one system rather than multiple.

The automation and unification of compliance activities in one system that touches everyone in your organization makes accountability and convenience better than ever. We would like to have a small enterprise price package that would allow us to have more module managers to allow us to delegate and have more granular control of the system. We also would like the ability to bulk edit documents. Spend time updating your vendors' contact information before starting your data migration, and ensure your internal incident management processes work with the permissions in Healthicity's Incident Management controls. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We are just getting started in earnest, but our eyes are opening to new possibilities everyday.

Keeps me up to date with all the information i need to stay updated with. Keeps all our certificates and needed assessments in one location. "Great Experience"

The simplicity. That's what has been crucial especially for an organization of our size. The content has always been very good as well and the ability to customize the training is quite helpful. There hasn't been much to dislike, quite happy with the product. However, improvements can be made in the UI when switching from admin to user, sometimes it can be confusing. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We work with many organizations and to be able to organize and execute seamlessly has been a great experience. We are able to accurately and efficiently audit our providers and ensure compliance

"Healthicity is easy and efficient."

The forms and drop down boxes make the process easier. The enter button cannot be used unless the form is ready to submit. This can cause premature sending of the information. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? The workflow and follow-up are more consistent.

"Just what we needed"

Most of the similar products on the market check all of the boxes - some have marginally better templates, or reporting, or other qualitative differences - but the intuitiveness and ease of use of Compliance Manager is what sealed the deal for us. Recent changes to employee management actually did not work so well for our particular application . . . As Administrator, I actually preferred the old way, which made it easier for me to actually "drop in" to any of our "locations" and work in that location. Don't like the new default view that shows the entire organization and requires you to "filter" down to the location. Even after "filtering" on the location, the fuctionality just isn't the same. Very disappointed in that "upgrade" What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? As much as anything else, just being able to have one place for everything . . . from incident management, to training, to survey instruments, to using it as a repository for documenting changes to our program effectiveness over time

I like that the software is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is very customizable to your companies standards. Customer service is AWESOME! They always respond back in a timely manner if you have any questions or concerns. Their newest upgrade has made the software even better. There is nothing that I dislike about Healthicity. I like everything about the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We utilize Healthicity for our incident and complaint tracking. All employees report an incident, complaint, or lost and found in Healthicity. When we need to run a report, it is easy to run because everything is set in place.

"Excellent compliance management system, great support"

I'm able to quickly and easily access and review compliance audits and incidents. Support is friendly and fast. This is truly a great application to work with. The document management center could use more robust functionality. Implement this solution, you won't be sorry!!! What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously, we had no reporting for audits or incident reporting, we had to create our own. This system give us this information readily. Compliance Manager will also allow us to do our Security Risk Assessment, saving us thousands of dollars by not having an outside entity complete it for us.
